Superfruit Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast is my favourite time of day. Every single morning I start with a smoothie, a cup of fruit tea and a slice of whole grain toast. Here’s a little example of my breakfast drink, if you’d like to try it you’ll need the following:

1 kiwi

1 banana

1 apple

1 pear

1 small glass of orange juice

1 small glass of water

Throw all of the above in blender and mix till smooth. This should give you two large glasses full of goodness, great to share or simply fill into a bottle for later, maybe take it to work or uni, whatever tickles your pickle. Enjoy!
