Healthy Emergency Lunch

I love preparing an elaborate packed lunch for uni or work but sometimes, when my bed is just a little bit too cosy, I have to run out of the house at lightening speed with barely enough time to make myself look vaguely presentable.

So here, ladies and gentlemen, is what I propose for a rushed packed lunch. Fruit, nuts and a 9bar. It’s an absolute money saver and stops you from buying unhealthy crap for lunch.

Why it’s great for you

I absolutely adore 9bar, packed with sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, poppy, and hemp seeds it will keep you going all day. Bananas are an amazing source of dietary fibre, manganese, vitamin b6 and c. Nectarines are also a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin a, niacin and potassium, and an excellent source of vitamin c. Basically it’s all amazing for you, so tuck in!
