For this refreshing summer smoothie you will need the followings things:
1/2 honey melon
1 small bunch of grapes
This couldn’t be easier. Wash your grapes, peel your melon and scoop out the kiwi. Throw it all in the blender with a small splash of water or some fresh coconut water if you have it. Give it a good long blend and voilà, your refreshing, healthy and nutritious summer smoothie is ready.
I like having this for breakfast or taking it with me in a bottle. For a hot summers day, just add a few cubes of ice when you fill it in and it should stay nice and cool all day, even on the go. Enjoy!
