This mixture might sound a little crazy but trust me, it’s delicious. But not only is it delicious, it is also insanely good for you. Starting with the parsley which is jam-packed with iron and vitamins k, c and a, thus giving your immune system a massive boost. The folic acid in parsley takes care of your heart. The ginger is anti-inflammatory and has been said to have cancer fighting properties. And the orange makes the whole thing taste damn good. In addition to making it all nice and juicy the oranges are also a great source of vitamin c, fibre, folate, vitamin b1, potassium, vitamin a and calcium. And there you have it, a pretty good start to the day.
To make this beauty you will need:
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 handful freshly chopped parsley
half a small glass of water
It is easy to make. Simply peel the oranges, chop the ginger and parsley and throw it all in the blender with a splash of water. If you don’t like it to be too bitty you can always blend the oranges, ginger and water first and strain the bits out and then add the parsley to the blender.
